SHM Bagel and Coffee Shop started from a simple frustration: too many bagel places in this neighborhood were cutting corners. Frozen dough. Pre-sliced. Sitting under a heat lamp.
We wanted something different — a place where every bagel is rolled by hand, boiled in fresh water, and baked to order. Where the coffee is pulled properly and the cream cheese is made in-house. Where you can actually taste the difference.
That's what we do here on Grand Street. No shortcuts, no compromises. Just a proper bagel shop with real ingredients and people who care about what they're serving.
